Job summary

JLL seeks a skilled Sourcing Specialist to support Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients and internal teams in optimizing services operations and sourcing strategies.

You will deliver market intelligence, lead field resources for strategic initiatives, and collaborate with client FM account teams to drive tangible client benefits. The role requires handling supplier relationships, program management, and RFP processes with a focus on compliance and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and organization skills with strong analytical ability.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 3+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience.
• Project management and business transitions experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide support of FM clients and internal stakeholders for optimization of managed services operations.
• Deliver market, supplier and operational intelligence for sourcing strategies.
• Identify and lead field resources to execute strategic initiatives.
• Support supplier relationships and program management with key suppliers.
• Assist in RFP/bid processes, contracting and operational workflows.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing policies, risk management and ethics.
