Job summary

JLL is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead a team of sourcing professionals, drive strategic outcomes, and support complex client programs. You will act as a subject matter expert in sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management across regional and national levels.

The ideal candidate will have a track record in decentralized team leadership, strong communication, and deep experience in sourcing operations, RFPs, and procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college; 5+ years strategic sourcing or related experience.
• Excellent communication, MS Excel proficiency, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a decentralized team and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of sourcing professionals to strategic outcomes.
• Subject matter expert in support of JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management.
• Drive market trend analysis and report findings to stakeholders.
• Coordinate regional and national programs and communicate progress.
• Support supplier performance programs with key suppliers.
• Guide operations teams through RFP/bid, contracting, and procurement processes.
• Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction.
