Job summary

JLL is seeking a procurement and sourcing professional to support Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients and internal teams. You will help optimize services operations, lead strategic initiatives, and drive client value through market insights and effective program management.

The role requires 3+ years in strategic sourcing, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple client accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred.
• 3+ years strategic sourcing or related experience.
• Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent Inter-personal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support of Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies.
• Deliver market, supplier and operational intelligence of services operations; identify and lead field resources to execute strategic initiatives.
• Be subject matter expert in support of JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships and program management.
• Participate with clients and JLL teams to drive benefits to the client.
• Perform market trend analysis, analyze supplier base and industry changes; report analyses to stakeholders in client-ready form.
• Support regional and national programs implementation, coordination and communication.
• Support supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers.
• Provide leadership in RFP/bid, contracting and operational processes; manage expectations.
• Ensure compliance to policies, risk management programs, and ethics.
• Establish relationships with Legal and Risk Management to review contracts.
