Job summary

JLL is seeking a Specialist in Strategic Sourcing to support PM clients and internal stakeholders in optimizing managed services operations and sourcing strategies. The role involves managing vendor contracts for construction, coordinating with client teams, and driving regional programs while ensuring policy compliance.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of strategic sourcing experience, strong communication, and demonstrated ability to lead in a decentralized environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and 3+ years strategic sourcing or related experience.
• Strong analytic and organizational skills with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with construction sourcing and project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management for clients.
• Manage Architects of Record and Construction vendor contracts for projects.
• Lead field resources to execute strategic initiatives and ensure client satisfaction.
• Perform market trend analysis and report findings to stakeholders in client-ready form.
• Coordinate regional and national programs, ensure policy compliance and risk controls.
• Support RFP/bid processes, contracting, and post-award management with teams.
