RTX is seeking a Principal Specialist, Procurement for its Enterprise Services Procurement team in a hybrid role based in the US. You will source materials and services for complex test systems, manage supplier performance, and oversee purchase orders through their lifecycle in DoD, FMS, and internal spending contexts.

The role requires strong knowledge of DoD procurement, FAR/DFARS, and ITAR, with a track record in supplier negotiations, SOW review, and compliance documentation.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant procurement experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and DoD procurement compliance; experience negotiating terms.
• Experience with purchase order management, documentation, and contract negotiation across internal and supplier teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead supplier negotiations on price, schedule, and terms.
• Ensure FAR/DFARS, RTX terms, and export/import compliance.
• Review SOWs and draft PIAs/NDAs.
• Manage proposals, quotations, and compliance packages.
• Identify, qualify, and perform supplier due diligence.
• Conduct cost, price, and best-value analyses.
• Oversee post-award supplier performance.
• Collaborate with EXIM, Legal, and leadership.
