Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced sourcing professional to lead supplier negotiations and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and ITAR. The role involves reviewing SOWs, developing NDAs/PIAs, and guiding post-award supplier performance to meet program milestones.

Remote/hybrid opportunities may apply as RTX operates across multiple sites. Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably with DoD procurement and SAP/PRISM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of DoD procurement/subcontract compliance with FAR/DFAR/ITAR; experience negotiating terms and conditions.
• Experience with SAP procurement software tools (PRISM, APEX) and export control regulations.
• Reference to ECFR 22 C.F.R. 120 is included in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier negotiations on price, schedule, and terms & conditions.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, RTX terms, and export/import regulations.
• Review SOWs and develop PIAs/NDAs.
• Manage proposal and quotation activities, documentation, and compliance packages.
• Identify, qualify, and perform due diligence on suppliers; seek alternates as needed.
• Conduct cost, price, and best-value analysis to support sourcing decisions.
• Oversee post-award supplier performance in alignment with business unit directives.
• Drive supplier engagement to meet critical program milestones.
• Balance strategic planning with daily tactical execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with EXIM, Legal, and senior leadership.
