Job summary

RTX Corporation is seeking a qualified professional for our hybrid role in Texas. You will manage supplier relationships, development, and performance to meet MRP and financial requirements, while driving cost reductions and flawless supplier execution for RMD programs.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) with 3–5 years of relevant experience and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance. Citizenship is required for clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or advanced degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS or regulated industries (pharma, space, aviation, automotive).
• Ability to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships, development and performance.
• Lead procurement for high-dollar POs and complex contracts.
• Perform cost/proposal analysis and negotiate terms.
• Conduct risk analysis and mitigation plans.
• Travel to supplier facilities as needed.
