Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced Procurement Professional for a highly collaborative, remote role focused on sourcing and supplier management for U.S. Government and commercial contracts.

Responsibilities include managing the full PO lifecycle, negotiations, and ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS. The role requires DoD procurement experience, familiarity with TINA thresholds, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• DoD procurement experience and working knowledge of FAR and DFARS.
• Regulations FAR/DFARS – ability to place Purchase Orders over TINA dollar threshold.
• U.S. Person or eligible for export authorizations as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform procurement and supplier management in support of U.S. Government and Commercial contracts.
• Place POs and manage material and service procurements with domestic suppliers.
• Conduct price analyses and negotiations; identify supplier risks.
• Prepare RFIs and RFPs; issue subcontracts and POs.
• Support negotiations on price, delivery, scope, and terms & conditions.
• Ensure requirements are properly communicated to suppliers and manage performance.
