RTX is seeking a Procurement Specialist for a remote role in the United States. The position focuses on supplier negotiations, FAR/DFARS compliance, and export controls within DoD procurement.

You will review SOWs, manage proposals, and ensure compliant documentation across the supply chain. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, SAP PRISM/APEX knowledge, and the ability to engage senior leadership across functions while delivering cost-effective, timely

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with DoD procurement/subcontract compliance (FAR/DFARS) and ITAR.
• Proficient in SAP PRISM procurement tools; knowledge of export controls.

Mansioni

• Lead supplier negotiations on price, schedule, terms.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, RTX terms, export/import regs.
• Review SOWs and develop PIAs/NDAs.
• Manage proposal and quotation activities, documents, compliance packages.
• Identify, qualify, due diligence on suppliers; seek alternates as needed.
• Conduct cost, price, and best-value analysis.
