Job summary

JLL is seeking a Manager, Strategic Sourcing to lead a team of sourcing professionals and support Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients with optimized services operations and sourcing strategies. You will deliver market, supplier, and operational intelligence, and manage 3 direct reports.

Lead the team to strategic outcomes, drive initiatives, and collaborate with clients and JLL teams to achieve measurable benefits.

Qualifications

5+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience.
Experience leading teams in a decentralized environment.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead team of sourcing professionals to strategic outcomes.
Be a subject matter expert in support of JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management.
Collaborate with clients and Sourcing, Facility and Property Management teams to drive benefits.
Perform periodic market trend analysis in specific categories.
Report analysis to Supply Chain and business stakeholders in client-ready form.
Develop, implement, coordinate, and communicate regional and national programs.
Support and guide supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers.
Provide management and follow-up in support of RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes.
Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations.
