Job summary

Bitdeer Technologies Group in the United States is seeking a Category Lead to own end-to-end procurement for Construction Services and Operations across Central & West US sites (Rockdale, TX; Reno, NV; Wenatchee, WA; Texas sites). You will serve as the primary procurement contact for those sites and drive TCO-driven sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in procurement, supply chain, or related analytical role.
• Ability to read a BOM and distinguish infrastructure components (UPS vs. PDU).
• Proficient in Excel; SQL or Tableau experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and execute proactive, TCO-driven sourcing strategies.
• Lead or participate in bidding, negotiations and contract management.
• Manage cross functional internal and external relationships in support of business objectives.
• Work with internal stakeholders to optimize specifications / requirements.
• Independently lead the RFP process, including vendor identification, bid leveling, and commercial comparisons.
• Draft and negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs) and Amendments, ensuring alignment with Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
• Serve as primary procurement point of contact for assigned sites: attend regular project review meetings, maintain responsive communication with site/project teams.
• Manage the requisition-to-purchase workflow in the system of record along with oversight to the procure-to-pay process.
• Maintain sourcing activity records, active order tracking, and work completion/closure (cradle to grave).
