Job summary

Bitdeer Technologies Group is seeking a Category Lead to manage end-to-end procurement for Construction Services and Operations across Central & West US sites, including Rockdale TX. You will bridge engineering requirements and commercial execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of equipment and services.

Responsibilities include leading sourcing strategies, vendor negotiations, RFPs, and contract management, with travel to Rockdale and Reno as needed.

Qualifications

BS/MS in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance or Engineering.
3–5 years in procurement, supply chain, or related analytical role.
Strong personality for challenging situations.
Ability to read BOM and understand infrastructure components.
Advanced Excel; SQL or Tableau experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead proactive, TCO-driven sourcing strategies.
Lead or participate in bidding, negotiations and contract management.
Manage cross-functional relationships to support objectives.
Work with internal stakeholders to optimize specifications.
Independently lead the RFP process: vendor identification, bid leveling, and comparisons.
Draft and negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs) and amendments aligned with MSAs.
Serve as primary procurement contact for sites: attend reviews and coordinate with teams.
Oversee requisition-to-purchase and procure-to-pay processes.
Maintain sourcing activity records and order tracking.
