Job summary

Bitdeer is seeking a Senior Commercial Contracts Manager to join our Legal & Compliance team in San Jose, CA. This role focuses on contract operations— intake, execution discipline, recordkeeping, and obligation tracking—across Bitdeer’s North America construction, procurement, and site development activities.

Qualifications

8+ years in contracts management, contract administration, or legal operations.
Experience building or improving contract intake, tracking, or repository processes.

Responsibilities

Serve as the single point of intake for commercial contracts across the North America function.
Build and own a central, searchable repository of executed agreements with key fields.
Administer the signature and execution workflow with authorized signatories and proper pages.
Maintain a tracking calendar for renewals, notice deadlines, and milestone dates.
Own first-pass review and negotiation of standard agreement types per playbook.
Evaluate and help implement a contract lifecycle management platform and produce reports.
Support the Legal & Compliance team on other contract operations matters.
