Job summary

Bitdeer Technologies Group is seeking a Category Lead to manage end-to-end procurement for Construction Services and Operations across Bitdeer’s Central & West US sites (Rockdale, TX; Reno, NV; Wenatchee, WA; potential Texas sites). You will bridge engineering requirements with commercial execution, ensuring high-value equipment and services arrive on site on time and within budget.

Qualifications

BS/MS in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or similar field.
3–5 years in procurement, supply chain, or related analytical role (Finance/Operations).
Strong ability to handle challenging situations with a professional demeanor.
Ability to read a BOM and understand critical infrastructure components.

Responsibilities

Lead proactive, TCO-driven sourcing strategies.
Lead or participate in bidding, negotiations and contract management.
Manage cross-functional relationships to support business objectives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize specifications/requirements.
Independently lead the RFP process, including vendor identification and comparisons.
Draft and negotiate Statements of Work and Amendments with MSAs.
