Job summary

Versova is seeking a Sourcing Manager - Operations & Inventory to lead procurement across the organization, focusing on inventory replenishment and cost optimization. This role reports to the Vice President of Supply Chain and collaborates with finance, operations, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 4+ years in procurement or supply chain with supervisory experience, and strong analytics (Excel/SQL/Power BI) and ERP know-how.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree aligned with the field and 4+ years in procurement or supply chain.
• Strong data analytics skills (Excel, SQL, Power BI) and ERP experience.
• Leadership experience managing procurement for capital equipment and projects.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with financial goals.
• Lead inventory replenishment and procurement activities.
• Mentor the procurement team and manage personnel activities.
• Maintain supplier relationships and manage vendor qualification and compliance.
• Collaborate with Accounting on capital expenditures and budgets.
• Analyze spending and supplier performance to identify savings opportunities.
• Use Excel/SQL/Power BI to monitor KPIs and procurement metrics.
