Job summary

Versova is seeking a Sourcing Manager to optimize procurement across operations and inventory replenishment. Lead strategic procurement, negotiate contracts, and drive supplier performance to support growth and cost efficiency.

The role requires analytical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage capital equipment and budgets with a focus on compliant, efficient procurement practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years in procurement, capital project purchasing, or supply chain management with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with data tools and ERP systems (GP/Business Central/Panatracker GP).
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement strategies aligned with financial goals.
• Lead inventory replenishment and procurement activities.
• Mentor procurement team and manage personnel activities.
• Maintain supplier relationships and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with Accounting on capital expenditures and budgets.
• Analyze spending and supplier performance for savings opportunities.
