Job summary

Versova is seeking a Sourcing Manager - Operations & Inventory to lead procurement activities, focusing on operations and inventory replenishment. You will develop strategies, optimize supplier performance, and drive cost efficiencies across the organization.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong analytics, and leadership to manage a team and collaborate with finance and operations to meet growth and compliance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 4+ years in procurement, capital project purchasing, or supply chain management.
• 3+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong negotiation, contract management and vendor relationship skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics GP, Business Central) and data tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau).
• Ability to lead capital equipment procurements and large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement strategies aligned with financial and operational goals.
• Lead inventory replenishment and procurement activities.
• Mentor and manage the procurement team and personnel processes.
• Manage supplier relationships, qualification, performance, and compliance.
• Coordinate with Accounting for capital expenditures and budget adherence.
• Analyze spend data to identify savings and process improvements.
• Use Excel, SQL, and Power BI to monitor KPIs and budgets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast material needs and optimize supply chain.
• Establish procurement systems and vendor management best practices.
• Support audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
