Job summary

Avantor is seeking a Procurement Analyst to manage forecasts for finished goods and develop replenishment plans in line with stocking strategies. You will execute purchase orders to meet demand and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and cost containment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1–3 years in a supply chain setting, with SAP experience and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities in SAP and place orders to support demand.
• Execute replenishment plan by placing economical orders considering lead times.
• Nurture vendor relationships to ensure delivery performance and cost containment.
• Reconcile invoices and support forecasting and product planning.
• Communicate with manufacturing, customer service, quality, and operations on availability and schedules.
