Job summary

Required: bachelor's degree in science, healthcare, or business; 2 years in contract administration; strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word; knowledge of contracts and terms; CTCM/CTCD certifications within 1.5 years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, healthcare, or business field.
• 2 years of experience in contract administration, purchasing, or sourcing.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong understanding of review and interpretation of contract terms and conditions.
• CTCM and CTCD certifications within 1.5 years (first attempt covered by UT Southwestern).
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with end-users and Group Purchasing Organizations for contract management and sourcing activities.
• Lead and support sourcing and contracting in assigned program lines.
• Maintain contract compliance and manage supplier relationships.
• Monitor KPIs and lead supplier business reviews.
• Coordinate with legal on contract language and terms.
