Teal Energi is seeking a Strategic Contracting Specialist to lead sourcing and contracting activities within offshore exploration and production. You will partner with Operations, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to secure best value and manage commercial risk, while guiding the full contract lifecycle.

The role requires six years in strategic sourcing or contracting, with upstream oil & gas experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of six years of experience in strategic sourcing, commercial contracting, or subcontract management within offshore exploration and production.
• Demonstrated experience with complex contract negotiations and contract lifecycle management.
• Upstream oil and gas experience is strongly desired.
• Experience managing competitive bids, commercial evaluations, renewals, amendments, and post-award activities.
• Experience with ERP/contract management systems (e.g., SAP) preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Develop category and sourcing strategies with market assessments.
• Lead competitive sourcing events and evaluate supplier proposals based on total cost, service, delivery, performance, and risk.
• Negotiate master service agreements, statements of work, pricing schedules, and amendments in coordination with Legal.
• Prepare award recommendations and document evaluations with approvals.
• Translate requirements into clear scopes of work and commercial terms.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations balancing performance, risk, and cost.
• Manage contract renewals, amendments, pricing changes, and lifecycle activities.
• Maintain contract records and communicate requirements to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Legal, Operations, Finance, and procurement teams.
