Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a bid and solution professional to lead customer engagements, design end-to-end delivery solutions, and align proposals with client objectives for public sector opportunities.

You will coordinate across teams to ensure feasible, value-driven solutions while guiding governance, risks, and handover to delivery. This role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable service design experience including capturing current journeys and re-imagining future journeys.
• Experience identifying how technology improves customer experience and value for money.
• Prior experience of Public Sector bidding within Employability, Health, Justice or Contact Centre environments.
• Proven ability to work with bid teams and wider solution workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements to understand market opportunities and tailor solutions.
• Develop high‑level service designs and ensure clear communication to stakeholders.
• Oversee bid workstreams, risk management, and governance prior to submission to the customer.
• Support transition and lessons learned for each opportunity.
