Qualifications

• Demonstrable service design experience, capturing journeys and re-imagining future ones.
• Experience identifying how technology can improve customer experience and value for money.
• Prior experience of Public Sector bidding within Employability, Health, Justice or Contact Centre environments.
• Proven ability working with bid team and wider solution workstream stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a matrix solution team to develop end-to-end solutions aligned with strategy and affordability targets.
• Develop high-level service design and communicate effectively to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with partners and suppliers to scope and design solutions that deliver business benefits.
• Oversee risk identification and mitigation, ensuring a smooth handover to implementation teams.
