Job summary

Fingerprint, a remote-first company, seeks a Strategic Implementation Engineer to join its Customer Success team. You'll be the primary technical resource for our largest customers, guiding deployment, integration, and adoption of our products across enterprise accounts.

Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering, you will onboard new strategic customers, provide ongoing technical support, monitor health metrics, and translate insights into strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in customer success, professional services, or solutions engineering for SaaS/enterprise software.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Strong SQL skills; PostgreSQL experience preferred.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles and modern API architectures.
• Experience with at least one SDK language (Go, Node.js, Python, PHP, C#, Java).
• Bonus: serverless/cloud platforms like Cloudflare Workers or AWS Lambda for API integrations.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical resource for our largest customers, guiding deployment, integration, and optimization of our products.
• Lead the technical onboarding process for new strategic customers.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to enterprise clients.
• Advocate for customer needs within the company and translate insights into actions.
• Partner with clients to align Fingerprint’s roadmap with their priorities and drive adoption.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in enterprise accounts.
• Monitor customer health metrics and usage data, and create actionable reports for clients and teams.
• Minimal travel to visit customers on site.
