Job summary

FingerprintJS, Inc. is hiring a Strategic Customer Success Engineer for the US, fully remote.

You will serve as the technical lead for enterprise customers, guiding deployment, integration, and ongoing success while coordinating with CS, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions. The role requires deep JS, API, and SQL skills, a track record in enterprise environments, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in CS/PS/solutions eng for SaaS/enterprise
• Strong hands-on JavaScript in professional environment
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services
• Strong SQL skills; PostgreSQL preferred
• Familiarity with SDLC and modern API architectures
• Experience with at least one SDK language (Go/Node.js/Python/PHP/C#/Java)
• Bonus: serverless / Cloudflare/AWS Lambda for API integrations
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Understands customer needs and delivers solutions
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and engineering
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficient with macOS and remote collaboration tools

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical resource for largest customers for deployment, integration, and optimization of Fingerprint products
• Lead technical onboarding for new strategic customers
• Provide ongoing technical support and issue resolution for enterprise clients
• Advocate for customer needs across internal teams to ensure satisfaction
• Partner with clients to align Fingerprint roadmap with priorities and drive adoption
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in enterprise accounts
• Monitor customer health metrics and usage data; create actionable reports
• Travel on-site for customer visits as needed
