Job summary

Fingerprint seeks a Strategic Customer Success Engineer to be the technical lead for enterprise clients, guiding deployment, integration and adoption of Fingerprint products. You’ll partner with CS managers, Sales, Product, and Engineering to align roadmaps with customer needs while delivering measurable value.

This fully remote role supports US-based customers with minimal travel and requires deep JS, API, and data skills, plus excellent communication and problem solving in fast-paced

Qualifications

• 10+ years in customer success, professional services, or solutions engineering in SaaS/enterprise.
• Strong hands-on JavaScript experience in professional environments.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Strong SQL skills; PostgreSQL experience preferred.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles and modern API architectures.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical resource for our largest customers, providing expert guidance on deployment, integration, and optimization.
• Lead the technical onboarding process for new strategic customers to ensure a smooth setup.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to enterprise clients.
• Advocate for customer needs within the company, coordinating with internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Partner with clients to align Fingerprint’s roadmap with their priorities and drive adoption of our capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical and business stakeholders within enterprise accounts.
• Monitor and communicate customer health metrics, creating actionable reports for customers and internal teams.
• Minimal travel to visit customers on site.
