Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technology field.
• Minimum 10 years post-graduate experience in the P&C insurance industry or with a technology company serving the industry.
• Proven track record of high-impact leadership within insurance organizations or technology firms.
• Strong domain expertise in insurance systems and business applications software development processes.
• High sense of urgency with entrepreneurial work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to address cross-functional and cross-organizational issues independently.
• Project management skills including defining scope, maintaining project plans, and driving project teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and align strategic goals and roadmaps across workstreams.
• Build roadmaps during budgeting and break programs into phased projects.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders and advocate on their behalf.
• Create project charters and gather high-level requirements.
• Ensure projects progress through gates with steady flow.
• Monitor metrics to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with management, partners, and vendors for effective solutions.
• Act as product evangelist and monitor usage KPIs.
• Prepare CBA and executive-level program presentations.
• Coach staff to share knowledge and stay current on trends.
• Manage internal and external resources to maintain service levels.
• Stay current on market trends to propose new solutions.
