Qualifications

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Engagement Manager, Marketing Consultant, Product Manager, or related position.
• Strong experience in enterprise sales and digital transformation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong consultative selling, business development, and client relationship management skills.
• Experience developing strategic proposals, business cases, and commercial models.
• Willingness to travel 10-15% to various unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise sales cycles from opportunity identification through deal closure.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, client-centric strategies.
• Convert opportunities into long-term partnerships with strong business cases and proposed models.
• Conduct gap assessments, due diligence, and develop solution roadmaps.
• Represent the organization in executive discussions, proposals, and workshops.
• Collaborate with SMEs to build robust digital platforms for healthcare transformation.
• Coordinate across distributed teams for deal structuring, pricing, and delivery.
