• 2–4 years of experience in top-tier management consulting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, technology, engineering or related field.
• Excellent business acumen and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support transformation programs from strategy through execution.
• Develop recommendations across people, process, technology, and operating model.
• Own analysis, structure and output of a workstream end-to-end.
• Build trust with client stakeholders through reliable conduct.
• Adapt delivery approach as scope shifts while maintaining momentum.
• Deliver quality workstreams on time with proactive risk identification.
