Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect for the Customer Lake segment to guide strategic customers through CDP and MarTech deployments. You will design architectures, address identity resolution, activation, and data governance, and present to CMOs and engineering leads across regions.

In this role, you’ll run workshops, develop POCs, and collaborate with GTM teams to drive adoption and revenue growth, while influencing product roadmaps with field insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CDP/MarTech or customer data engineering experience, with 3+ years in a customer-facing role
• Experience designing and delivering data and AI applications for marketing and customer engagement
• Familiarity with composable-CDP architectures and related platforms
• Understanding of first-/third-party data, identity graphs, consent signals, and activation destinations
• Experience working with cloud environments and data governance practices
• Proficiency in Spark / PySpark

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to guide customers from architecture to activation
• Collaborate with GTM leadership to design and execute engagement strategies
• Act as trusted advisor to CMOs and data leaders to drive product adoption
• Lead workshops, POCs, and create customer-facing collateral
• Influence product roadmaps with field-derived insights
• Serve as tier-3 escalation for complex technical challenges
• Refine qualification and POC intake processes to maximize success
