Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect for Customer Lake to lead architectural design, data engineering, and identity resolution initiatives with enterprise clients. The role focuses on driving real-time personalization and audience activation within a governed, agentic CDP built into the Lakehouse.

You will partner with marketing, data stakeholders, and GTM teams to demonstrate value through demos, POCs, and strategic engagements, while guiding customers toward successful land-and-expand

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles influencing executives and driving product adoption.
• 2+ years implementing modern data estate, CDP, and Lakehouse architectures.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership guiding customers from architecture to deployment across data, identity, and activation.
• Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to drive adoption and engagement across territories.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to CMOs and marketing/tech leaders to accelerate product adoption and vision.
• Enable clients at scale with workshops, POC execution, and customer-facing collateral.
• Translate field insights into product and engineering recommendations to influence roadmaps.
• Act as tier-3 escalation for complex technical challenges and ensure customer success.
• Refine sales qualification and POC intake processes to maximize impact.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to support growth.
• Mentor teams and share knowledge to elevate capabilities.
