Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect (Customer Lake) to drive adoption of its agentic CDP across marketing and data teams. You will lead engagements with CMOs and data engineers, architect data and activation solutions, and deliver compelling demos, workshops, and POCs to accelerate customer value.

In this role, you will partner with GTM leadership to design scalable engagement strategies, influence the product roadmap, and act as a trusted advisor to our customers, ensuring successful

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CDP/MarTech or customer data engineering expertise, incl. pre-sales or consulting.
• Experience designing and delivering client-facing data and activation solutions.
• Strong understanding of identity resolution, audience activation and governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to guide customers from architecture to deployment.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to design and execute high-impact engagement strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CMOs and data leaders, driving product adoption.
• Enable clients at scale via workshops, POCs, and customer-facing collateral.
• Influence product roadmap with field-driven insights for engineering teams.
• Serve as tier-3 escalation point for complex technical challenges.
