Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering, or Technical Sales Consulting within enterprise SaaS or HR technology ecosystems.
• Deep Unemployment Cost Management experience.
• Ability to architect solutions and communicate configurations to technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key technical advisor for direct and indirect sales teams on UCM and Offboarding applications.
• Lead discovery, product demos, and solution scoping to demonstrate ROI and compliance benefits.
• Design SOWs and technical requirements for data integrations and API workflows.
• Lead pre-sales responses to RFIs/RFPs and security questionnaires to improve proposals.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation to ensure post-sale execution.
• Represent the company at national conferences and monitor regulatory trends.
• Travel up to 25% for client engagements and workshops.
