Job summary

Equifax is seeking a Solution Engineer for Employer Services & HR Tech (Finance) to serve as the lead technical resource for direct and indirect sales teams, translating complex capabilities into HR compliance solutions that maximize ROI.

You will own pre-sales discovery, demos, and solution scoping for UCM and Offboarding, design SOWs and API configurations, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and travel up to 25% for client engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering, or Technical Sales Consulting within enterprise SaaS or HR technology ecosystems.
• Deep Unemployment Cost Management experience.
• Ability to architect solutions and communicate technical configurations to developers and executives.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical discovery, product demos, and solution scoping for UCM and Offboarding applications.
• Conduct value engineering and ROI assessments for executives.
• Design SOWs and technical requirements for data integrations, API workflows, and system configurations.
• Lead pre-sales responses for RFIs, RFPs, and security questionnaires.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation to ensure requirements are delivered post-sale.
• Represent the organization at national industry conferences and monitor regulatory trends.
• Travel up to 25% for client engagements and events.
