Job summary

Equifax in Atlanta, GA seeks a Solution Engineer to lead the technical and solution aspects of pre-sales for Unemployment Cost Management and Offboarding platforms. You will translate complex capabilities into tailored HR compliance solutions, partnering with executive leadership to maximize ROI and compliance effectiveness.

The role requires guiding RFIs/RFPs, designing data integrations, and collaborating with Product and Implementation teams to ensure successful post-sale delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering, or Technical Sales within enterprise SaaS or HR tech.
• Deep Unemployment Cost Management experience.
• Able to architect solutions and communicate configurations to both developers and executives.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, product demos, and solution scoping for UCM and Offboarding.
• Conduct value engineering and ROI analyses for C-suite decisions.
• Design SOWs and technical requirements for data integrations and API workflows.
• Lead pre-sales responses for RFIs/RFPs and security questionnaires.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation to ensure post-sale execution.
