Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a dynamic Software Sales Executive to drive growth of Schneider Electric / AVEVA software across design, engineering, operations, and analytics in industrial information management. The role focuses on building relationships, expanding the footprint through distributors and channels, and closing strategic software deals in the US, with travel up to 50%.

• 6+ years of experience in software sales, business development, or account management selling software/digital solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent; advanced degrees are a plus.

Responsibilities

• New software business development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing.
• Track customer information, forecasts and reports.
• Meet or exceed sales growth targets.
• Define and execute account plans to achieve targets.
• Plan and organize all sales activities from prospecting to closing.
