Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking a skilled leader to own and optimize software procurement across a global organization.

You will drive strategic sourcing, negotiate large-scale software agreements, and partner with legal, finance, and senior stakeholders to deliver cost reductions and compliant processes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in indirect software procurement, strong analytics, and the ability to mentor a team of procurement analysts while advancing AI-driven process

Qualifications

5+ years of indirect procurement experience in software spend
Experience negotiating complex software agreements with favorable terms
Ability to analyze large data sets and drive actionable insights
Experience leading a procurement team

Responsibilities

Own the software procurement category and related spend
Lead negotiation and contract management for large-scale software agreements
Collaborate with stakeholders, legal, leadership, and suppliers on requirements and negotiations
Mentor and support Procurement Analysts
Analyze full category spend to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Identify and mitigate procurement risks
Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
Learn purchasing categories and back up team members
