Job summary

Verint Systems Inc. is seeking a seasoned Procurement Specialist to lead sourcing, negotiation, and contract management for software, SaaS, cloud, and hosting services.

You will collaborate with IT, Legal, Finance, and Operations to drive value while ensuring compliance with global procurement policies. You should have at least five years of software and technology sourcing experience, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of delivering measurable savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ procurement experience, with 3+ years in software/SaaS/technology sourcing.
• Experience independently leading supplier negotiations and renewals with measurable outcomes.
• Experience reviewing software/SaaS agreements, order forms, and license structures with Legal.
• Proven ability to manage multiple SaaS/software projects from intake to governance.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and ability to handle priorities.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment and ownership of deliverables.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with IT, Finance, Legal, Security, and Operations.
• Limited domestic travel for meetings.
• Background screening including verifications and compliance as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Leads contractual and commercial negotiations with SW, SaaS, Cloud, Hosting vendors.
• Ensures procurement involvement in renewals, new purchases, and vendor selection.
• Delivers savings through negotiations, benchmarking, and cost modelling.
• Supports category plan development for software/SaaS spend and opportunities.
• Reviews pricing, licenses, renewal/termination rights, and service terms.
• Aligns with IT, Finance, Legal, Security, Services, and Ops on procurement activity.
• Ensures compliance with Global Procurement policies and procedures.
