The ideal candidate will guide cross-functional teams, work with legal and leadership, and mentor Procurement Analysts to optimize terms, manage risk, and ensure compliant purchasing practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years indirect procurement experience in software spend at a large global org.
• Proven track record negotiating complex software agreements including pricing, licensing and terms.
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets and actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment and ethical purchasing practices.
• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud, ServiceNow, Tableau and AI-driven process automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the software procurement category, spend and processes.
• Lead negotiation and contract management for large, complex software agreements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, legal, senior leadership and suppliers on requirements and negotiations.
• Lead, mentor and support a team of Procurement Analysts.
• Analyze full category spend to increase efficiencies, reduce costs and improve terms.
• Identify and mitigate procurement risks.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
