Job summary

Cognizant seeks an Associate Director - Service Line Sales Executive for Software Engineering Group in Milwaukee/Minneapolis. You will lead go-to-market efforts for AI-driven software engineering offerings, drive revenue growth, and manage a multi-disciplinary team across practices.

You will engage senior client leadership to shape deals and close opportunities. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years selling digital/cloud/AI solutions, strong executive communication, and a proven ability to build

Qualifications

5+ years in senior-level software/app services sales.
Strong manufacturing domain sales background including AI for engineering.
Able to engage COO-level executives in large deals and shaping discussions.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Ability to build client relationships and drive value realization.
Experience selling digital/cloud/AI solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead Cognizant’s Manufacturing offerings in market.
Set go-to-market and growth strategy for manufacturing software engineering offerings.
Collaborate across practices and offerings.
Develop client strategy and transformation roadmaps with delivery teams.
Own lead generation, pipeline management, and proposals.
Engage CXO, VP and Director level clients to advance opportunities.
Close new and expansion opportunities aligned to targets.
Respond to RFPs and coordinate internal Cognizant teams.
