Cognizant is seeking an Associate Director - Service Line Sales Executive for the Software Engineering Group, based in Milwaukee/Minneapolis. You will grow revenue, bookings, and operating margins by driving business development, qualifying opportunities, and closing strategic deals with global client leadership teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior-level application services seller experience
• Experience selling digital/cloud/AI solutions
• Strong leadership in diverse teams
• Ability to engage CXO-level executives

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion Cognizant’s Manufacturing offerings in market
• Set the go to market and growth strategy for Manufacturing software engineering offerings in assigned portfolio
• Collaborate across multiple practices and offerings
• Develop client strategy and transformation roadmaps with Client Partners
• Own lead generation, pipeline management, proposal development and overall solution
• Manage account plans with Markets team and drive P&L
• Engage CXO, VP and Director level clients
• Lead pursuits to close new and expansion opportunities
• Respond to RFPs and deliver on client requests
• Coordinate with internal Cognizant teams for solutions
• Present account pipeline, QBRs and executive status reports
