The ideal candidate has 8+ years in software development with leadership experience, strong CI/CD, and cloud-native expertise. Expect collaboration with product, security, and architecture to align technology priorities with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in software development or leadership roles.
• 3+ years leading or managing software development teams.
• Strong knowledge of modern SDLC practices, CI/CD, and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering organization through Software Development Leads.
• Coach and develop Software Development Leads; set priorities and accountability.
• Own delivery execution, sprint and release readiness, quality practices, and resource planning.
• Coordinate with product management, architecture, data platforms, security, and QA for aligned delivery.
• Establish and enforce consistent engineering standards including CI/CD and operational readiness.
