Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of software development, 4+ years in team leadership, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, software engineering, or related field.
• Four+ years managing software engineering teams and ten+ years in software development.
• Experience delivering software via Agile in a full-stack web environment.
• Healthcare industry experience with HL7/patient data.
• Strong interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead resource forecasting, capacity planning, and allocation for software teams across programs.
• Define and lead development process and quality initiatives with measurable results.
• Monitor metrics on resource allocation, quality, and delivery performance.
• Own delivery accountability with clear scope, risks, and schedules.
• Identify, attract, recruit, and retain internal and external talent.
• Set team objectives, KPIs, and performance feedback to drive results.
• Communicate progress and align stakeholders across locations and teams.
