Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in purchasing Software Technology, Business Administration, or SCM.
• License management and durable sourcing strategies for software subscriptions.
• Engage with internal and senior stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong negotiation, communication, and data analysis skills.
• Independent entrepreneurial work style; experience in hyper-growth environments desirable.
• Interpret and apply FAR/DFAR/SOX compliance and company policies.
• Data-driven with program metrics tracking experience.
• Lead negotiation planning: pricing, terms, FAR flow-downs, scope of work.
• Understanding of AS9100 quality requirements.
• Experience with large single/sole source suppliers and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage contract terms with suppliers to ensure value, quality, and delivery.
• Collaborate with legal to meet compliance standards and support organizational strategies.
• Prepare and issue RFPs/RFQs, write price reasonableness determinations, and conduct price analyses; lead negotiations.
• Handle day-to-day tactical purchasing from requisition to final payment of invoices; resolve issues.
• Ensure consistent supplier management across the supply base per internal policies.
