Blue Origin is seeking a Buyer to support strategic procurement across programs, delivering cost-effective solutions and driving policy-aligned purchasing. You will manage RFx, cost analyses, and negotiations while ensuring timely delivery and compliance with supply chain standards.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, supplier performance management, and the development of long-term agreements to optimize value across Blue Origin facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience or Master's with 2+ years in supply chain or related field.
• Strong cost analysis, proposal, and negotiation capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and strategic sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue RFx, conduct cost analyses in support of proposals.
• Develop negotiation strategies and lead formal negotiations.
• Construct contracting types including LTAs to meet program needs.
• Lead procurement from requisition to final payment and resolve issues.
• Manage supplier performance and drive procurement process improvements.
• Support strategic direction to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
