Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in Business Administration/Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies and regulations including FAR/DFAR/ITAR/EAR.
• Ensure timely completion of projects in the supply chain department.
• Maintain compliant and accurate files and data records.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach and ability to track metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working understanding of AS9100 standards.
• Knowledge of engineering data such as specifications and source control drawings.
• Willingness to identify opportunities, solve problems, and execute plans quickly.
• Able to meet tight deadlines, multi-task, prioritize workload.
• Experience working in ambiguous environments and defining scalable processes.
• Familiarity with ERP, MS Office, and Data Analytics systems.
• Ability to earn trust and maintain professional relationships.
• U.S. citizen or eligible for U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement process from requisition creation to final payment of invoices.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic agreements (LTAs).
• Develop and implement cost analyses in support of proposals.
• Ensure production materials are delivered on time and within budget.
• Support compliance with Blue Origin policies and regulatory standards.
