Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in purchasing software technology, business administration, or supply chain management.
• Experience in license management and developing durable sourcing strategies for software subscriptions.
• Strong ability to engage with diverse internal and senior stakeholders and work with multiple teams.
• Analytical approach, excellent negotiation abilities, strong communication, and ability to operate at all hierarchy levels.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage contract terms with suppliers to ensure value, quality, and delivery terms.
• Collaborate with legal to achieve best contract results and ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare and issue RFPS/RFQs, write price reasonableness determinations, and lead negotiations.
• Manage day-to-day procurement from requisition to final payment and resolve issues in the process.
• Ensure professional and consistent supplier management across the supply base per internal policies.
