Blue Origin is seeking a procurement professional to manage contract terms with suppliers, ensuring value, quality, and timely delivery across our operations. You will prepare RFQs/RFPs, perform price analyses, and lead negotiations in collaboration with the legal team.

You will own the procurement process from requisition through final payment, and ensure consistent supplier management aligned with internal policies, FAR/DFAR and SOX compliance expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in purchasing, software/tech, business admin, or supply chain management.
• Experience preparing RFQs/RFPs, price reasonableness determinations and deal summaries.
• Able to engage multiple internal stakeholders and lead negotiations.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making and metrics tracking.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFAR and SOX/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage contract terms with suppliers to ensure value, quality, and delivery.
• Collaborate with legal to ensure compliance and optimal contract outcomes.
• Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs, write price analyses, and lead negotiations.
