Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking an ITAM Analyst III – Software Asset Management to lead software asset lifecycle governance, entitlement tracking, renewals, and compliance across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with ITAM, Procurement, Finance, Security, Legal, and product teams to optimize software usage, improve data quality, and strengthen audit readiness. Remote-friendly role requiring strong analytical and communication skills with a passion for modern SAM practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ITAM experience with Flexera and asset lifecycle governance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Ability to work in a remote, fast-paced environment and manage multiple streams.

Responsibilities

• Lead software asset lifecycle operations including intake, entitlement tracking, renewal management, reclamation, and compliance review.
• Coordinate with ITAM, Procurement, Finance, Security, Legal, Workforce, Endpoint, Support Center, Product, application owners and vendors to improve governance and reporting.
• Analyze software asset data to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities and support audits and renewal readiness.
• Support software request processes, licensing requirements, and provisioning readiness across multiple systems and teams.
