Responsibilities

• Manage software asset lifecycle across intake, request, approval, procurement support, assignment and renewal
• Maintain software asset records including licenses, entitlements, subscriptions and contracts
• Track ownership, usage, and renewal status to improve governance
• Analyze asset data to identify unused licenses and optimization opportunities
• Support software requests and provisioning readiness
• Perform license reconciliation, usage reviews and audits
• Generate reports on inventory, renewal status and vendor performance
• Support HAM operations onsite at Reston, VA including hardware moves and device recovery
