Responsibilities

• Manage software asset lifecycle: intake, entitlement, renewals, ownership, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate software asset records: licenses, entitlements, subscriptions, and vendor data.
• Track entitlement ownership, renewal status, license visibility, and compliance status.
• Generate software reports and trend analyses to support ITAM and Technology decisions.
• Support HAM operations at Reston office: hardware moves, shipping/receiving, inventory reviews.
